If your printer is not printing pro-forma or production slips when prompted, there might be a problem with your printer settings.
If you are experiencing the problem mentioned above, click on the Settings button on the back-end admin side of your TallOrder solution. From there, click on Printer Settings, then click on the Edit button. This will prompt a drop-down of the printers available on your system. Here, you can ensure that the required printer has been selected from the list (the printer that corresponds with the printer that you are using.) From here, you can test your printer selected by clicking Print Test Page. A test print will then be actioned to ensure you have the correct printer selected.
