When I open my POS to login, I receive an error message that reads ‘No Internet Connection’.

Firstly, you will need to check if the device is connected to the internet. If it is not, please close browser and check your internet connection. If the device is connected to the Internet, close the browser and reconnect to the internet. Now open Google Chrome and type in to check that all is in working order.
