I Have Added New Menu Items But They are not Uploading. Any Idea Why?

When adding menu items to the backend of TallOrder, please ensure that you have published the menu again for the items to register. If you have not done this, you will have to login to the TallOrder backend and publish the menu for it to pull through.

If you have published the menu but the items are not loaded, you will need to download the menu on the latest POS system. You can find this in the POS settings. A message should then appear that the menu has been downloaded.

If you are still experiencing problems, it could be that there was an error downloading the menu. You will have to restart the POS and then try and download the menu again.
