When I am looking at my menu list, the parent Menu Item does not drop down it’s menu item selection.

If you are not able to see the menu item selections in the drop down, you should firstly log onto and sign in. If the parent folder is priced yet you are experiencing the same problem, you should start by clearing the price from the parent folder. Once this has been done, save and publish the menu by clicking OK. You are now ready to download the latest menu on the POS system (which can be found in Settings). Once complete, a message should appear informing you that the menu has been downloaded.

Alternatively, if the parent folder you are looking at is not priced, please contact the support team and they will look into resolving this issue for you.
