If this happens, please email our support team on email@example.com and provide us with the following information:
- The name of your establishment and the tenant.
- The name of the waiter/staff member/ management individual that accidentally closed off the tab
- The tab name and/or number
- The incorrect rand value
From there, our development team will access the database and remove the incorrect payment. This will then allow the waiter/staff member/management individual to close off the tab again.
