Our waiter/staff member/management has accidentally selected an incorrect payment method. How do we fix this?

Currently, our POS solution does not allow you to change the payment type from the backend of the system - this will have to be done by our support team. 

Please email with the following information: 

- Name of establishment and tenant

- Name of waiter/staff member/ management individual that incorrectly inputted the wrong payment option

- Rand value of the bill/purchases. 

From there, our team will access the database and remove the payment type, allowing the staff to re-enter the correct payment type.
