When printing a pro forma and the invoice has to be re-printed, the receipt is misprinting.

If you are experiencing the problem noted above, there is an option that you can action in order to rectify the problem. 

Firstly, when you need an invoice to be re-printed and the receipt is misprinting, please restart the service and try again.

*Note: This issue could also be related to an interference in the IP address or WiFi connection. Please check your WiFi connection if you are experiencing this problem.
